Ear Dinner
Sep. 22nd, 2024 01:13 pmthis is a little thing I did on cohost to keep track of various music things I find and enjoy, so I figured I might as well continue it here!
here's all my ear dinners so far:
I listened to this album on repeat for HOURS when I first found it. loud ass crunchy noises... so so good. no notes.
always been a fan of any sort of metal or hardcore music... just don't ask me to accurately label any genre. I don't know the difference between "doom" and "death metal" and "thrash" I just enjoy the sounds ok!! anyway Thou rocks
still haven't listened to this one all the way through, but I love the crunchy ambient noises. really good for when I need to focus on smth but can't stand sitting in silence for more than 2 minutes
not only is the music incredible, but I'm also obsessed with the graphic design of the album and physical merch!!! also Rina Sawayama feature so this has to go to the top of my list instantly.
I've also been considering doing monthly playlists of what music I've been listening to, but given my track record of listening to the same 10 songs until I've squeezed all the dopamine out of them I fear the playlists would basically be the same for 4-6 months. but who knows!
